St. Mary’s Malankara Syrian Orthodox Congregation, Sweden way was founded in 2015. Rev Fr. Eldhose Vattaparambil came to Denmark in the year 2009 and to fulfil his desire to conduct Holy Qurbana in Scandinavia, the Catholicose H. B. Aboon Mor Baselius Thomas I, gave him permission to conduct Qurbana. The first Holy Qurbana of this church was conducted by Rev Fr. Eldhose Vattaparambil on 28-11-2015 and by God’s grace we have been able to celebrate Holy services within a time period of 2-3 months interval. Around 25 - 30 people living in different parts of Sweden attend the services and get blessed. The congregation is now under the MSOC, European diocese and H. E. Dr. Kuriakose Mor Theophilose is the Patriarchal Vicar of Europe.   We cordially invite you to come and participate in our liturgical services. We are constantly trying to reach out to our new friends arriving in Sweden and invite them to part of our small community.
